Swyft is being built carefully — real driver KYC, transparent fare pricing with the surge math we actually use, a wallet ledger that pays drivers fairly, and customer support escalation that works. We are not ready for public traffic. The pilot is by invitation only while we wire those pieces.
Real driver KYC
VAHAN license verification, bank account proofing for payouts, Signzy-driven background checks. Drivers go online only after they pass.
Server-side fare engine
Distance, time, vehicle type, and a server-controlled surge multiplier — never a client-spoofable number. The fare you see is the fare we charge.
Wallet ledger that adds up
Every credit, debit, refund, and payout has a row. Drivers see what they earned vs what we deducted. UPI AutoPay and NACH per RBI E-mandate.
Customer support that escalates
If a ride goes wrong — driver no-show, wrong route, refund request — there is a real ticket queue, not a feedback form into the void.
Honesty disclosure
