Safety
Reporting an incident.
If you are in immediate physical danger, call 112 (the Indian emergency number) immediately. Do not wait to fill this form.
Use the form below to file a structured report with the Swyft safety team. Every field below maps to a section in the email body so the triager has the same shape of context every time. The email goes to safety@swyft.tanvrit.com.
What we ask in the report
- Reporter role — rider, driver, or witness.
- Name, phone, and email so we can follow up.
- Ride ID (if you have it) — speeds investigation by orders of magnitude.
- Date, time, city, and area of the incident.
- Type — harassment, unsafe driving, accident, fraud, or other.
- Description in your own words.
- Whether you are willing to be contacted by the safety team.
- Whether a police FIR has been filed (and the FIR number if yes).
Opens your email client with the report skeleton pre-filled. We do not accept incident reports through a public web form because we cannot authenticate the reporter at the form level — email gives us a verifiable thread to investigate.
Our response commitment
- Pilot SLA: human acknowledgement within 4 hours, on the hours we are open.
- Post-launch SLA: human acknowledgement within 1 hour, 24×7.
- Investigation outcomes communicated to the reporter (within the limits of privacy law) before the case is closed.
- Zero-tolerance suspension on substantiated harassment or impaired driving — driver or rider — pending full investigation.
Police cooperation policy
We cooperate with law enforcement on bona fide investigations. The data we share is limited to the specific ride or user named in the request, and only after we have verified the request through the police FIR number. We do not run blanket data dumps to any agency. Where the request is ambiguous, we refer the matter to legal counsel before disclosing anything beyond the minimum compelled by law.
