Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Swyft account directly from this page. Google Play and Apple App Store both require an outside-the-app deletion route, and this is ours.

We confirm receipt of every request within 7 days and complete deletion within 90 days per DPDPA Section 11(c). Financial records, GST invoices, and driver KYC artefacts are retained as required by Indian law (typically 5–7 years); only those specific records survive deletion. Everything else is purged from MongoDB and Cloudflare R2.
Submitting this opens your email client with a pre-filled message to dpo@tanvrit.com. We do not run auto-deletion from a public form to prevent malicious deletion of someone else's account — every request is verified against the registered email and phone before action.
What gets deleted
Authentication credentials, profile data (name / email / phone), ride history, payment tokens, location traces beyond legal retention, communications with drivers / riders / support, preferences, push tokens, session and refresh tokens. Multi-tenant data attributed to your user identity is purged across every Tanvrit app you have used.
What is retained (legal obligation)
Tax-relevant transactions and GST invoices for 7 years per Indian Income Tax Act § 44AA / GST § 35(1). Driver KYC artefacts (licence images, RC, bank verification) for the period required by RBI and Motor Vehicles Act, typically 5 years post-last- active. Anonymised aggregate analytics may be retained indefinitely; never includes any individual identifier.
