Most platforms market driver income with the best-week numbers. We publish the working example below — a typical 8-hour Tier-2-city auto shift. The math is honest, the commission is 15% (disclosed up-front, never raised silently), and tips are 100% yours. Currently we are in closed pilot in 5 Tier-2 cities; driver applications are open and we will reach out within 14 days.

KYC — what you keep ready

Driver's licence (commercial)

Front + back image. Number is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Verified via SARTHI.

Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC)

Image plus number. Cross-checked against VAHAN. Vehicle must match the RC.

PAN card

Required for tax compliance and the bank-account verification step.

Aadhaar — last 4 digits only, hashed

We never store the full 12-digit Aadhaar number. Identity is bound via DigiLocker / OKYC; the number itself stays with you.

Bank account

Indian, in your own name. Verified via penny-drop. Razorpay ledgers all weekly payouts here.

Vehicle insurance — current

Image plus expiry date. The app blocks 'going online' if your policy lapses; you must re-upload before re-activating.

Background verification runs via Signzy (or equivalent) — a regulated third-party CKYC / criminal-record provider. We disclose the use of a third party because that is honest. You consent at onboarding; you can withdraw consent and we delete the artefacts within 90 days.

Payouts

Every Tuesday at 12:00 IST we settle Mon-to-Sun earnings to your registered Indian bank account through Razorpay. Earnings page in the driver app shows fare, commission, tip, fuel-incentive (if any), tax deducted (TDS where applicable), and net payable — every ride, every day, before the transfer runs. Mismatches between bank-account name and driver name are flagged in-app with a fix-it flow.

Online-only location

GPS streams to the dispatcher only when you are 'online'. The moment you go offline the stream stops. We do not run background-location collection.

Surge heatmap

Phase 2: see where demand is concentrated in your city in real time. No need to guess where to position.

Auto-decline rules

Set hard caps — minimum fare, max pickup distance, no inter-city. Requests that don't match are auto-declined and don't dent your acceptance score.

Earnings page

Every ride: fare, commission, tip, net. Daily, weekly, monthly aggregates. CSV export at month-end.
