Closed pilot in 5 Tier-2 cities.
Swyft does not have public city listings yet. The pilot is invitation-only with selected drivers and a small rider cohort while we calibrate fares, surge thresholds, and payout cadence. We will publish the first 5 cities here the moment the pilot opens to the public.
Names are withheld during the pilot so the cohort can be small, stable, and observed end-to-end. We are not running a marketing launch in any city before the operational basics are reliable for drivers.
Why Tier-2 first, and not Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad?
Tier-1 cities are not on the roadmap until the pilot in smaller cities is producing reliable economics for drivers. Driving up the supply curve in a Tier-1 against Rapido, Ola, and Uber is not a position we want to fight from on day one. In Tier-2 we can earn driver loyalty by paying fairly and shipping a software experience that does not waste their day, and only then expand outward.
